About Elysium Spa

Elysium Spa is a luxury European day spa on the HC floor of Atana Hotel in Barsha Heights, Dubai. We operate as a standalone day spa — anyone can visit, hotel residency is not required — and we focus exclusively on Russian and European massage technique. A second branch operates at Millennium Atria Business Bay Hotel.

What we do

Eleven treatments delivered by Russian- and European-trained therapists, in private single-occupancy cabins or our dual couples suite. The menu is intentionally classical — Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aroma, Hot Stone, Lomi-Lomi, Lava Shell, Bamboo, plus our Signature Ritual and the multi-therapist Four Hands and Six Hands experiences. Asian techniques such as Thai or Balinese are not part of our offering; we believe in mastering a tradition rather than diluting it.

Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. Prices start at 525 AED for a 60-minute Aroma Massage and include 5% VAT with no hidden service charges. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but a quick WhatsApp message or call ahead is always recommended.

How we are different

• Russian & European tradition, not hotel-resort generic. Our therapists trained in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, Lithuania, Germany, Georgia, and Argentina. Each carries a real specialisation rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
• Pricing roughly 30–40% below five-star resort spas in Dubai for equivalent treatment length and therapist standard — same technique, no hotel-overhead markup.
• VAT included, no service charges added at checkout — the price you see on the menu is the price you pay.
• No upselling during the session. Once you are on the table, the therapist focuses on the work, not on extras.
• Open until 02:00 daily. Late evenings work well for Tecom and Media City professionals; mornings are quiet for clients who prefer a calm start.

In Dubai, not every massage is created equal. Choosing a licensed, professional spa over an informal arrangement protects three things that matter most: your health, your hygiene, and your privacy. This is what professional standards mean in practice at Elysium.

• Hygiene you can see. Fresh linens and towels for every guest, treatment beds and surfaces sanitised between sessions, single-use disposables where they matter. Every room is prepared from scratch — never reused without cleaning.
• Licensed and accountable. Elysium is a licensed Dubai establishment operating to UAE wellness-sector standards inside Atana Hotel, not an informal home setup. Your visit is regulated and on the record.
• Trained therapists, not guesswork. Our therapists are certified in anatomy and technique. They know which pressure relieves and which harms — so a deep-tissue session releases tension rather than risking injury to muscle or nerve.
• Private, single-occupancy cabins. Every treatment happens behind a closed door, one guest per cabin. Your details and your visit stay strictly between you and your therapist.
• Skin-safe premium products. Professional-grade oils and lotions, hypoallergenic where possible, stored and handled hygienically — no unlabelled mixes on what touches your skin.
• Certified, health-screened therapists. Every therapist holds the certifications required to practise in Dubai and has passed the mandatory health screening — qualified, accredited hands and a team checked for your safety.

Two branches in Dubai

Main spa — Barsha Heights: HC Floor, Atana Hotel. Walking distance from Internet City Metro, minutes from Dubai Internet City, Media City, JLT, and Sheikh Zayed Road. The neighbourhood is also commonly called Tecom. Atana Hotel paid parking is on-site.

Second branch — Business Bay: Millennium Atria Business Bay Hotel. Complimentary valet parking and a 15% grand-opening promotion on all treatments. The booking line for Business Bay is +971 50 303 8294. The treatment menu is identical to the main spa.

Languages

Therapists and reservations speak English and Russian fluently. Arabic is supported at reception. Some therapists also speak French, German, or Ukrainian — let us know your language preference when you book and we will assign accordingly.

What we are not

• We are not a medical massage clinic. Treatments are wellness and relaxation oriented; we do not provide medical or therapeutic certification for insurance purposes.
• We are not a hotel spa — although we operate inside Atana Hotel, the spa is open to all visitors. Hotel residency is not required.
• We do not offer pre-natal protocols. Pregnant guests should consult a specialist before booking.
• We do not offer Thai, Balinese, or other Asian techniques. Our menu is exclusively Russian and European.
